  • This deposit is non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
  • The deposit covers initial planning, consultation, and resource allocation.

3. Project-Based Services

a. Before Work Begins

  • If a refund request is made before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.

b. After Work Has Started

  • If work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
  • Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

c. Completed Projects

  • Once a project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be provided.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We are committed to delivering results aligned with your expectations.

  • Clients are entitled to revisions as per the agreed scope.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction if the work meets the agreed requirements.

5. Subscription / Retainer Services (If Applicable)

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • You may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6. Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued if delays occur due to:

  • Lack of communication
  • Failure to provide required materials or content
  • Client-side changes or indecision

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a project at any time.
  • However, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.

8. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in rare situations such as:

  • Failure to deliver the agreed service
  • Project not initiated within a reasonable timeframe

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
